Forever Tended offers gentle gravesite care and tribute placement for your child's final resting place. Each visit includes light cleaning, a symbolic tribute, and the option to add a custom message or photo confirmation. Cancellation Policy
Forever Tended Service Policy At Little Lights Remembered, every visit made through Forever Tended is offered with dignity, care, and sacred intention. To ensure each child’s resting place is honored with love, we ask all families to review the following policies: 💛 Booking & Scheduling Please book services at least 5 days in advance to allow for preparation and personalization. For seasonal and scheduled visits (like angelversaries or birthdays), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to ensure availability. While we strive to fulfill tributes on your selected date, weather, cemetery access, and travel conditions may affect timing. You will be notified if adjustments are needed. 💳 Payments & Plans Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Plans (such as Forever Tended or Star Strings) must be paid in full to activate recurring services. We accept secure online payments via [insert method: Wix, Stripe, PayPal]. 📸 Tribute Photos & Messages If selected, tribute photos will be sent within 2–3 days of placement. Custom printed messages, name tags, or ribbons must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled placement. Keepsakes (if included in your plan) will be mailed within 5–7 days of the tribute or event. ❌ Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Cancellations for one-time services are eligible for full refund if made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice. No refunds are issued once a tribute or service has been completed. Monthly or seasonal care plans are non-refundable once services begin, but we will work with families to adjust scheduling as needed. 🕯️ Cemetery Access & Respect We follow all cemetery guidelines and approach each resting place with reverence. If we are unable to access a gravesite due to location limits, weather, or gate closures, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or discuss alternate placement. Families are responsible for providing as much location detail as possible at time of booking. 🤍 For Donation-Based Tributes (Tender Companion, Forgotten Graves) Donation-based tributes are placed at gravesites of children who may not receive regular visits. Placement locations are selected at the discretion of our Light Couriers and may vary seasonally.
